ENROLLED CLIENTS
The Secure Client Portal is a secure and easy way for you to communicate with me, request appointments, sign documents, and even pay your session fees. The appointment scheduler lets you request, cancel, or reschedule appointments with me. After submitting your request, you’ll get a confirmation email once I approve the appointment. If, for an unforeseen reason, I'm not able to see you at your requested time, I'll send you a different email, which will let you request another time.
NEW CLIENTS
SCHEDULING YOUR FIRST SESSION
Clicking on the Secure Client Portal button will open the appointment scheduler and indicate the service you are scheduling is a psychological diagnostic interview. As you scroll through the calendar, you'll see days with appointments available. Click on the day and select a time slot. You'll be prompted to enter your name, phone number and email address to request an appointment. Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email and client portal login username & password. This will give you access to all New Client documentation to complete prior to your first session.
REVIEW NEW PATIENT DOCUMENTS
The client portal makes it easy for you to review our practice policies and provide some basic information before our first session. You are able to electronically agree to the policies and complete the New Client Questionnaire.
YOUR FIRST SESSION
At the beginning of your first session, I'll add a picture of your Photo ID to your online file and then we'll briefly review confidentiality and discuss any questions you might have regarding the New Client documentation. We'll begin the therapeutic process with a review of the questionnaire you completed online. Learn More →
